Connexion2 hosts a dedicated training module for all Housing Association personnel who either want to learn more about Conflict Resolution, or who could benefit directly from a better understanding of such techniques and when to deploy them as a lone worker.
Based centrally in Birmingham for ease, the event gives a Housing Sector organisation the opportunity to train one or several lone workers in conflict resolution in a simple and cost effective way.
