Reliance Protect is an award-winning range of lone worker protection solutions. Reliance Protect devices are designed to suit your lone workers environments and working practices. They can be located via GPS over a mobile network and enable the wearer to discreetly alert our remote monitoring centre to a threat with a single press of a button, ensuring no suspicion is raised.

By activating the device in the event of an incident, the user opens a live channel to the Reliance Monitoring Centre. The centre in West Yorkshire in accredited to BS8484 lone worker monitoring and devices standards and BS5979 Cat II to ensure a police response. The Reliance Monitoring Centre encompasses the latest server technology, backup and recording systems while Reliance also operates a disaster recovery centre on the outskirts of Manchester providing triple redundancy.

By listening to and capturing everything that takes place during an incident, our intensively trained monitoring staff can respond appropriately, depending on the severity of the situation - including calling out the police, alerting colleagues/supervisors and archiving recordings as evidence for any legal action.

Our range of Reliance Protect devices features a number of different functions and designs, depending on your lone workers' environment. Including applications for mobile devices such as BlackBerry's and devices with man down functionality that activates the device in the event of non-movement, impact or tilt.
