Connexion2’s Online Tracking Application is a dedicated and secure online management tool designed for the t-Series Identicom range and Identicom mobile. It enables a lone worker manager to coordinate a group of lone workers across a wide range of activities to improve the flow of operations through accessing compelling location data facilitating significant business benefits.
Location data also brings significant safety benefits for a user who is working alone – enabling them to be assisted in the necessary fashion should the worst occur.
Connexion2’s Online Tracking Application allows a lone worker manager to coordinate a team of lone workers across a range of activities and to focus on an individual users ‘breadcrumb’ trail of movement – see below:

Both the t-Series Identicom range & Identicom mobile integrate with Connexion2’s online tracking application allowing a lone worker manager a wide range of features:
- Dashboard view showing all registered device details (Identicom t-Series or Identicommobile) and their corresponding position on a map.
- Specific details by user including their name, contact details, device type, current or last known position, battery capacity of their device, GSM signal summary from their device and speed (if travelling).
- Ability to zoom in/out on a specific worker, to pan around map.
- Ability to see breadcrumb trail of a specific worker for any given day.
- Ability to see immediate location details of a specific user including Google® Street View.
- Multiple map format (e.g. normal, satellite, hybrid or terrain).
- Ability to create user groups and to use smart tags (i.e. to assist with search for users).
- Ability to assign devices to users or to a pool of users (max 5 users per device).
- Create geo-fences with definable boundaries with as many boundary points as needed.
- Create rules and alerts (e.g. alert by email when a lone worker enters or exits a geo-fence).
- Reporting on audit trail and battery data over a given time period.
