Craig Swallow - CEO
Craig had managed various businesses involved in GSM mobile data and has helped build diverse sales and marketing strategies for taking ’non-voice’ GSM based products to market. With over twenty years experience in both the IT and GSM industries, Craig has worked on many ’real world’ projects that have delivered benefits in both business and consumer markets. These have primarily been in the UK but have also included two years based in the USA and a further two working with cellular operators in Europe and Asia.

Tim Collin - Sales & Marketing Director
Tim joined Connexion 2 in January 2010 as Sales and Marketing Director. He has over 20 years experience in Sales and Marketing within the IT sector, most recently as Vice President EMEA responsible for business operations across the region at Blackboard Inc, a leading developer of enterprise level e-learning software and services. Prior to Blackboard, Tim was Vice President, EMEA and then VP International Sales and Marketing at digital media systems developer Media 100 Inc, including several years located at the HQ in Massachusetts. In addition Tim has held other international management positions with Radius Inc, Ventura Software and Xerox (UK) Ltd. Tim graduated with a BSc in Land Management from Reading University and served for three years as a commissioned officer in the Royal Armoured Corps.

Chris Allcard - Account Director
Chris has been with Connexion2 since 2004 and has a wealth of experience and knowledge on lone worker solutions, their implementation and management. Chris has carried out a number of roles in the business and is currently responsible for managing the company's direct and indirect relationships with the NHS as well as developing business through our key partnerships.

Ann deVere - SoloProtect Services Director
Prior to joining Connexion2, Ann enjoyed an extensive career within the NHS, which included working with the NHS Security Management Service, managing the national project to trial Identicom and leading on lone working guidelines and policies. Ann was also responsible for liaison with the Welsh Assembly and a member of the Security Management Task and Finish Group, which developed a National Framework for Security Management Services for NHS Trusts in Wales.
Ann also sat on the HM Treasury Specialist Investigations Group, steering committee and the National Lone Working Steering Group, and has given the benefit of her experience in the lone working arena to many public and private sector audiences, to help to improve the protection of lone workers and raise awareness of the unique challenges they face.

Katrina Wilkinson - Customer Servcies Manager
Katrina is responsible for the day to day customer support services provided to clients and end users and is also involved in maintaining the ISO 9001:2008 Quality System. Katrina manages a team of staff devoted to ensuring effective and high quality support to all customers. Katrina has been with Connexion2 since January 2010 and is constantly pushing to develop the support services offered by Connexion2.

Trevor Maw - Financial Controller
Trevor joined the company in April 2009. He is responsible for the smooth running of the company’s finance function plus the provision of accurate and timely information to senior management and the board. A Chartered Accountant, Trevor’s previous work experience includes a variety of Financial and Management Accounting roles, systems implementation and involvement in corporate restructuring.

Mark Appleton - Operations Manager
Mark is responsible for the day to day fulfillment of customer order requirements along with managing manufacturing and the development of our supply chain and logistics. Mark joined Connexion2 in 2008 after a long and varied career in manufacturing industry specialising in purchasing and account management.

Gareth Hughes - Non Exec Director
Gareth has sixteen years successful experience in telecom, data-communications and electronics industries, including nine years as MD /CEO. He was previously a business analyst with Dun & Bradstreet. A main board director of Psion Plc from 1997 to 2001, Gareth was Managing Director of Psion Dacom Plc, a mobile data-communications company, from 1994 until January 2000, during which time revenues grew from £4m to £60m.
Stephen Lane - Non Exec Director
Co-founding Triteq in 1992 has allowed Steve to indulge his particular interests in wireless and biometric product development. Experienced in GSM, GPS, GPRS and RFID technologies along with investigating the introduction of biometrics has helped shaped the businesses that Steve is involved with. Prior to Triteq, Steve had gained over ten years experience of working on projects as diverse as digital broadcast systems to cheque handling technology.
