Connexion2 recognise that securing the safety of lone working staff is not solely dependent on the issue of Identicom and that effective staff training is essential for the proper and intended use of any technology.

Because of this we have teamed with the NHS Counter Fraud Security Management Service (CFSMS). CFSMS understand the need for additional security technology, how it complements and integrates with lone worker policy and practices, and have highly skilled and qualified trainers who are adept in providing Identicom training to staff. They are also leading experts in the delivery of conflict management & resolution training.


NHS Counter Fraud Security Management Service (CFSMS)
The NHS Counter Fraud Security Management Service (CFSMS) was instrumental in the development of Identicom and coordinated extensive trials across 22 separate NHS organisations. CFSMS trainers are experienced and knowledgeable of Identicom and will provide training sessions in-house, which can accommodate 15 persons; up to three sessions can be held at the same venue in one day.

CFSMS are the main provider of training to NHS Trusts and other public sector organisations. The organisation has also carried out training for many private sector national & international companies both on Identicom and its wider portfolio of training subjects.
