How will I train my staff
Connexion2 recognise that securing the safety of lone working staff is not solely dependent on the issue of Identicom and that effective staff training is essential for the proper and intended use of any technology.
Because of this we have teamed with the NHS Counter Fraud Security Management Service (CFSMS) and Training For Success (TFS). Both organisations understand the need for additional security technology, how it complements and integrates with lone worker policy and practices, and have highly skilled and qualified trainers who are adept in providing Identicom training to staff.
NHS Counter Fraud Security Management Service (CFSMS)
The NHS Counter Fraud Security Management Service (CFSMS) was instrumental in the development of Identicom and coordinated extensive trials across 22 separate NHS organisations. CFSMS trainers are experienced and knowledgeable of Identicom and will provide training sessions in-house, which can accommodate 15 persons; up to three sessions can be held at the same venue in one day.
CFSMS are the main provider of training to NHS Trusts and other public sector organisations. The organisation is also happy to train private sector employers and employees on Identicom.

Training For Success (TFS)
Training For Success is one of the UK's leading specialist training providers, and is a recommended in-house personal safety training supplier. Client specific programmes can be delivered that embrace classroom based solutions including train the trainer programmes and bespoke safety awareness courses that incorporate standard operating procedures. TFS solutions are nationally accredited and key programmes are endorsed by The University of Portsmouth.
TFS client base is largely private sector companies but also includes Local and Central Government departments.
