SoloProtect

24/7 Monitoring

24/7 MonitoringManaged in partnership with leading security specialists Reliance Security and G4S, the 24/7 Manned Monitoring element of any SoloProtect LWD solution utilises Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC's) compliant with British Standards BS8484 and BS5979 Category II ensuring a Police escalation should a lone worker alarm require it.

Any ‘Red Alert' is handled by staff dedicated to handling lone worker alarms, and trained to ensure any situation is escalated appropriately in order to give the best possible assistance to the lone worker. ARC staff are available every hour of every day to receive and manage any ‘Red Alert' raised by SoloProtect users. By listening to and recording everything that takes place during the incident, monitoring staff initiate the most appropriate response. Based on incident severity they will call out the police, alert colleagues or supervisors, or simply archive recordings for use in future legal action or to support changes in working practices.

"Reliance Security is proud to be associated with SoloProtect, a unique and vital innovator, ensuring the safety of today's increasing number of lone workers."

Peter Jones, Managing Director of Reliance High-Tech Ltd.
