The t-Series Identicom range offers the same benefits of the i-Series range but with additional functionality. It allows greater location detail to be supplied allowing increased safety benefits to the user in the event of a ‘Red Alert' and it also facilitates integration with the Mobile Workforce Management Platform for use by lone worker managers for operational business benefits.

The product is absolutely a lone worker device first and foremost; however it does provide the ability to better coordinate a flow of options for lone worker managers. The t777 is GPS enabled and is able to store multiple user locations and integrate with definable Geo-fences. This is combined with all the traditional functionality of Identicom for verbal abuse capture and 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) monitoring. The t777 also has an automatic ‘Man Down' alarm should that user become incapacitated for any reason.

All audio evidence obtained through the device is also recorded by the ARC as standard. This is credible audio evidence and is admissible in court proceedings at a later date. Audio evidence through Identicom has been used to aid successful criminal convictions.

All SoloProtect solutions also feature device training for users as standard and monthly reporting outlining usage for lone worker managers. Connexion2 also have a dedicated SoloProtect customer support team for all clients.
