Three million lone workers
An increasing number of people are working alone. Our analysis of data provided by the Office of National Statistics estimates that there are upwards of three million lone workers currently in the UK.

Lower costs through duty of care
Lone workers face a variety of risks at varying frequencies; however a duty of care to all of them remains. The costs associated with lowered productivity due to stress, temporary and replacement staffing as well as the potential of private litigation can result in sharp increases in ongoing business costs.
Incorporated Health & Safety legislation
This combined with Health & Safety legislation enforced by the H.S.E, plus the prospect of potentially limitless fines imposed through Corporate Manslaughter legislation should the worst occur, pose considerable financial risks to the long term stability of any organisation employing lone workers.
